(Fitness classes, Line Dancing, beginning adult Tap and Ballet, etc)
Group fitness classes are ongoing, however, membership periods are each 4-weeks long (unless otherwise noted).
Non-partnered dance & fitness classes are taught as stand-alone classes. We suggest you attend them as a session, but you can also attend them on a class-by-class drop-in basis.
Couples and singles are welcome to attend.
Please read the enrollment info above and our payment and refund policy below before enrolling.
As with all our group classes, you will only pay for classes you are committing to attend within the 4-week session. Because you only enroll in classes you are attending during that session, we do not roll over classes from one session to another or offer any refunds for any unused classes. If you miss a class, we would welcome and highly encourage you to make it up with any drop-in class within that same session.
Please pay for your lessons at time of enrollment in the class(es) by Venmo or exact cash/check.
Detailed information about classes and/or events on the calendar can be viewed by clicking on the class or event name on the calendar below and selecting "More Details".
Go to "Settings" on your phone. Click on the internet you are using (for example "Safari"). Turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking". This should fix the issue.
To protect all our participants we ask that you be able to answer "no" to all of these questions before showing up for any of your lessons:
If you answered “Yes” to any of these 3 questions, regardless of being symptomatic or not, we kindly ask you to remain home for everyone’s health and safety.

Intro Classes
Intro classes are designed to give you a small, bite-size taste of the dance. You will be introduced to a few basic patterns and techniques in hopes the experience will whet your appetite for a richer, more fulfilling experience with the dance – like our beginner class. (Intro classes and beginner classes are both the same level, the beginner class just offers twice the number of classes within the session – 8 in the beginner as opposed to 4 in the intro.)
Beginner Classes
Beginner classes are designed to give you all the basics you will need to be a competent beginner dancer on the floor. Proper form, technique, and basic patterns will be focused on at this level.
Intro and Beginner leveled classes are good for:
** This is not a good level for Intermediate/Advanced students who:
Beyond Beginner Classes
Beyond beginner is the intermediary level to bridge Beginner to Intermediate. Learn important concepts, technique, and patterning that takes you just beyond the beginner level and eases you into the intermediate level.
Beyond Beginner leveled classes are good for:
** This is not a good level for:
Intermediate Classes
Intermediate classes are our faster moving classes. Students are expected to already have mastered their basic skills and should be prepared to learn more complex patterning, skills, and advanced technique and styling.
Intermediate leveled classes are good for:
** This is not a good level for:

Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and appropriate foot attire (dance shoes, jazz sneakers, leather-soled shoes, or even socks). If and when you are ready to become a little more serious, we can order dance shoes for you in a wide array of styles. In the meantime, you want to wear something that stays on your feet (flip-flops, slip-ins, and mules not recommended)! Please no marking soles on our floor! (If you want more information about dance shoes, please take a look at our "Dance Shoes" section.)
I know we addressed this above already, but we'll say it again, NOPE! In a group class everybody dances with everybody, so even if you brought a partner, you'd still be dancing with everyone in the class!
